Booking Terms and Conditions

When you book a ticket to play at Section 8 Airsoft you are agreeing to all of the following Terms and Conditions.

You agree to abide by the standards of behavior that we have set out in our Section 8 Charter and if you are deemed to be in breach of any of conditions of the Section 8 Charter you are liable to be removed from the site without notice or refund.

All bookings and deposits are payable to us  and are completely non-refundable. ONLY book if you are sure that you can attend and accept that cancellation, re-booking or transfer to another gameday is not possible.  This includes COVID-19 self isolation or travel restrictions. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.

We may be unable to provide airsofting on a particular day, due to circumstances outside of our control. This would  include a TOTAL Scottish/Westminster government shutdown due to increasing COVID-19 regulations.  In these events we will offer an discount to the value of your booking against a booking in the future. This will take the form of a voucher code which will be emailed to you and can be used on the payment page in the coupon box when re-booking. Please note, this is not a refund.

We take every care to supply the rental gun of your ticket choice, but, under certain circumstances, this may not be possible.  We will substitute with a different (equal) version should the situation require it.

We reserve the right to change ticket types and/or prices without  prior notification and no sales are final until confirmation email has been sent.

All rental equipment is hired on the simple basis  that the user is going to look after it.  By look after it we mean treat it all, with respect and not abuse it or use in a negligent way.  Any kit that is lost/broken or damaged will be billed to the name of the person making the booking. Only book if you understand, accept and agree with this.

You must be physically fit to participate in airsofting, and have no medical restriction which might put you or others at increased risk of injury, illness or death.

You must not be under the influence of prescription or non-prescription substances or alcohol which may impare your judgement or ability to participate safely.

Due to the increased risk of injury of participating in an action sport, it is strongly recommended that you have your own personal accident and liability insurance to whatever level you consider appropriate.

Airsofting is an adventure sport and participation in such sports necessarily involves a risk of injury or death regardless of the standard of training, supervision and equipment employed. I voluntarily accept all the risks inherent in the sport and I agree for myself and my personal representatives to indemnify and hold harmless Midas Airsoft and any employee or volunteer assistant acting in the capacity of an employee of Midas Airsoft, against any claim or claims whether on my own account or from third parties arising out of any accident or incident resulting in any loss or damage (including bodily injury and death).

By completing your booking on-line you are confirming that you have read all the above sections marked Booking Terms and Conditions, Medical Restrictions, Insurance, and Important Notice, and understand and agree to be bound to those terms and conditions and to comply fully with the same, and to inform all others in your party or group of all these terms and conditions, and that they also agree to be bound to those terms and conditions and to comply fully with the same.
